Our average turn around time is 8-12 weeks. However we are quite booked!

We build our builds in Byron Bay.

The size of our builds are customisable up to 9.5M length (some of the longest on the market).
The only dimension we can’t change is the height which must be maximum 4.3M from the ground outside to the roof to ensure safe traveling past power lines. This means the interior must stay within 3.4M height from floor to ceiling.
Weight also must be under 4.5T to travel safely. Our builds meet all of these requirements. -
Our builds are built on a brand new trailer, this voids most council requirements. However, requirements differ between states, councils and your own requirements such as the toilet system you decide on.
Generally, the best way to understand council requirements is that the council wants to know how you may be affecting the land you’re on.
The main requirements being:
- Grey waste: water/waste coming from sinks, baths, showers.
- Black waste: your toilet system.
- Permanent dwelling requirement on the land: Is there an active current dwelling (house) on the land which is usually required. -
Our standard models feature double lofts and an additional separate space on the ground floor, all designed with similar dimensions to maximise flexibility and configurability.

The purchase process begins by visiting our "Contact Us" page and providing us with your desired requirements and any relevant details.
Following this, we will schedule a consultation call or a viewing with our team to discuss your needs and preferences in detail.
Based on your input, we will create a design tailored to your specifications. Once you are completely satisfied with the design, we will proceed with securing a deposit.
For customised builds, a 50% deposit is required. For new builds, a 10% non refundable deposit is required to finalise the purchase.

It’s completely up to you! You can use a toilet you would typically have in a house which involves creating a septic tank or connecting it to a current line.
You can also use a composting system - for our builds we prefer a Clivus Multrum for the ease of use and its amazing capabilities. -
Our builds are created to be used as both off grid and on grid.
With the plumbing lines already run, you can connect a water tank to it which can either receive deliveries of water, or you can utilise the rain catching gutterings built into the house, or for a more ongrid approach you can connect it like you would a caravan. -
Our builds are created to be used as both off grid and on grid.
It can connect to existing power on the property via a 15amp cord, or it can be directly connected to a generator or via an inverter to connect up to solar! -
To move your home, you just need a licence to move 4.5 tonne or a flat bed truck or a tow truck will do the job! We also strongly recommend Rick’s Towing for all your towing needs!

We’re currently in the process of partnering officially with Summerland Bank, however we also accept all lenders. We also offer payment breakdowns. We require a 10% non refundable deposit to hold available builds.
Financing for a tiny home is incredibly flexible with lenders offering: personal loans, caravan loans, trailer loans, and tiny home loans, as well as mortgage toppers. This empowers buyers to make their dreams happen no matter what. -
Yes, we offer a builders warranty on all of our builds.

We are in the process of partnering with a third-party provider to connect tiny home owners with landowners, as well facilitate potential land sales.
Additionally, we offer rentable land located just 7 minutes from Byron Bay with our Casa Del Sol Model.
